In a white room, with Rush albums...

Okay, I decided to show off my room today,
mostly just because I'm proud of my vinyls,
but also to show my "studio" and equipment.

EVERY RUSH ALBUM EVER!
Well almost, at least on vinyl anyway,
minus two live albums and a rare Brazilian import.

These are 7 out of 12 game systems. Yes I am indeed "hardcore"
1.Dreamcast (still one of the best)
2.Atari games (the system is in the instruments picture)
3.Super Nintindo (Simply the best!)
4.Sega Gensis(Not related to 70's rockers Gensis *pre-Phil Collins*)
5.Playstation (I despise it, and I only have it for FFVI or FFIII U.S.)
6.Sega Saturn (most people probably missed this great system)
7.NES games

Thats for you Melody! But I REALLY love
Warhol's ideas and artwork.
Also notice a Signed John Zorn CD.

All King Crimson vinyls, minus two
and two live albums
(well if you want to call Earthbound that)

LIVE BY THESE RECORDS!

Image hosting by Photobucket

My Beatles wall, yes I adore them.
Sometimes you have to look past
the imagery and just realize
how brilliant their work is.
Can you find the White album?
Image hosting by Photobucket

My lifeforce, the
instruments.
Eletric guitar:Cheap and well played
B.C. Rich from my "dark days",
acoustic guitar: Ibanez Concord,
Violin: unknown, but it was made in Germany.
Sadly the guitar lamp isn't playable.
Image hosting by Photobucket

My beautiful vinyls.
Last time I check there was around 200.
Honestly they sound perfect, and theres
no reason not to start using them!
Image hosting by Photobucket

For you less enlightened, this is what vinyls look like:
Image hosting by Photobucket

This is half of my "I love rock" wall most
of its covered by the cabnet I put there
a while back. Just a huge collage.
Image hosting by Photobucket

Just my keyboard, not really that special...
why did I even put this on here?
Image hosting by Photobucket

EVERY STYX ALBUM EVER! Yes I really do
have that many and I might be missing
one or two, but c'mon i'm insane.
Image hosting by Photobucket

As they might say on Cribs, this is where
the magic happens. 90percent of the music
I do comes from and is processed here.
And yes, that is a mac side by side to a pc.

I need INPUT!

While the fact remains I feel like a begger doing this (and I assure you It won't yeild anymore help)

I need someone to throw out any idea for me.

I'm playing around on my keyboard organ right now, and I can't think of what direction to go in. Right now I just want to hear someone else's thoughts then my own. Doesn't have to deal with the keyboard, but I need things to try musicly, or at least another train of thought to try out.

The tools I have to work with are as follows:
- An eletric guitar & Digitech guitar processer
- An acoustic guitar
- A Roland EXR-3 (it has every insturment ever)
- Older violin
- Harmonica
- Mandolin
- Kazoo
- Game Boy synth (game program)
- 70's tape recorder
- A Very nice editing program
- A wondrous dynamic microphone

If no one does anything, I may just end up making a recording of me slaping my violin with the bow and rattling tin cans.
And really, that's not a joke.

Update: So far i've been told that wine glasses should be used. All's I have are kind of bad wine glasses simulations on my keyboard..but i'll try it!

Anyone else???

Nintendo Revolution=N128?

I'm sure most of you remember the N64 launch, very sucessful sysytem, but very akward controler. Not acutally bad, but it did make little sence.

1. The hard plasic analogue stick will give you blisters after a long mario party session so in Japan they issued gloves to use with the controler.
2.Its rumble pack, while a big step forword, took batteries...lots of death.
3. In order to use the joystick fully, you would need three hands.

All this is only rivaled by The Jaguars "Phone pad" controler, now that is true evil.

Anyway, Nintendo (Also known as the company who willkeepyouwaitingforeverandnevertellyouanything,
onlyteasingyouuntilthereleasedatewitchtheyNEVERTELLYOU!)
Announced the controler for the Revolution yesterday. I expected somthing cooll from them, and this is a really good idea. Not only is it totally wireless, but you can play with one hand as well, and apparently it can be used as a lightwand to control the action on the screen. It also is the first joystick that I know of to have 2 sperate parts, very imersive.
Now that is cool, I REALLY want to play one, of course im deticated to Xbox 360, but it still looks promising.

And yes, 7/10ths my reasoning for buying a (400$ version mind you) Xbox 360 is The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. No one realizes how massive and groundbreaking this game will be, I can't wait!

Grace Under Pressure was released in 1984.

Alpha-bits (I chopped him up)

I LOVE the power rangers (eh...not loved....just love) and I must have seen every single episode. I taped about half of them and I saw the movie too. Of course this is all the Mighty Morphin series, all the other crap is well crap. I don't care how cool it looks now, NOTHING WILL EVER BEAT SPARKS!
You know what im talking about, the over exaggerated movements coordinated with the showering sparks. Kinda funny if you really pay attention because they used the sparks for everything in that show. C'mon whats better then the evil pizzeria superchef tossing at a pizza pie at the blue ranger and having it light up with sparks....umm well I liked it.

Also I thought it would be absolutely hilarious if they did an acuostic version of the Original Power Rangers theme song

P.s. The little known shredder guitarist, Buckethead (best know from the new Gn'R) did the theme song for the show

P.P.s. This site is just too cool. www.rangercentral.com

My and millions other spaces

Geez should I keep this blog going? No one reads it, but ive had it for years. I'd love to but theres hardly anyway to promote my site...I mean they have blogs at myspace too! Geez I can't compete maybe i'll just move there, who knows.
http://www.myspace.com/rushnerd thats the site by the way, in all of its umm commerical gorly. Few people at that site realize that it is owned now by a big network excecutive guy, not Tom, the guy who started it , so its a big corprate thing like everything else
BLOGGER IS NOT COMMERICALIZED! that why I like it!.

Eat this MySpace:

Thursday, August 25

So I did it. I joined My Space, just like everyone else (youre probley form there if your even reading this). Oh well, why not? So I stopped the whole IM'ing thing, after 6 years I felt it was time to give it a rest. It really hasn't gotten me that far, this year I only relaly used it so other people could he my music. I don't know maybe other people have better luck on there then I do.

So a few weeks back I got ahold of some Tangerine Dream albums, they are a very early synth band. Doing things in 1975 that you would hear in techno now, great stuff. Anyway its no where close to "new-age" but it can put me too sleep...not in a bad way, its just hypnotic. I mean the last 2 albums I played of theres (how crazy is this, both albums only had one track each, I LOVE IT!) I drifted off and fell asleep. Now usally when I know im going to like a vinyl I just go head and dub it to CD format the first time though. So I listin to it again and its this crazy feeling of "but they didn't play that!? what! I don't know this part! Why am i talking to myself?" very strange.
In the meantime why don't you stay tuned and watch this new show on the Andrewsanidiotjerk network!

A haircut, ticket, two glasses, and an Englishmen

So I cut my Hair like Bowie a while back (early 80's Bowie!) and I have plenty of good reasons to: new 80's look, Andrew need job, long hair is really a pain, Detra says it suits me!
Jolly good.
Anyway I wouldn't care to disclose details of less-then-human police officers here but I will say this, ALWAYS LET THE COP GO FIRST, even if they are really slow. Paying ridiculous sums of money to some arbitary source (ticket) is a complete waste of (not government but)
MY RESOURCES!
Bloody Hell.
So now I am 19, and so is Detra(she was born hours after me, how sweet!) And I don't feel that much older...but the insurance companys and other govn. organizations beg to differ... So this concludes what is know as the "Ferris Bueller" years.
And if that doesn't make 18, grab yourself some pigs in a package and sod off!

One last note, Detra got her new glasses yesterday (as displayed on this exotic looking model) YAY! Actually she had glasses before that I helped buy, but they escaped to the relam of lose change and socks (lost) but I like these new ones, and what is more perfect then a redhead who has her nose in a book all the time and wears glasses? Absoluly nothing!

My Possesions (A short childern's book)

I have a furry cat!

I own a shiney car*!

*Actual location may vary.

I have a pretty friend, her name is Detra.

She has a car too.
Her car is on the sun so it is melting.

This is my Furby!
Here,we are playing a game!

And at last, I bought this taxi
filled with peanut butter.

Job Hunting or the wild world of corporations

So I have been looking around, I applyed at EB games, I really hope I get that postition. But there is about as much chance of that as there is of me going off and buying the next lil' Jon album (more like a random assortment of ape grunts over a fake snare drum...)
Speaking of fake snare drums, while at the mall today I really noticed how prodicable and sad our youth can be. Or at least the kind that spend their days dwelling around a mall like a hobbit cave.
I mean we all grow up, alot of the kids I see at the mall are one I know from school. Graduated ones, so why are they spending their time at a mall? Because its a place to meet friends, im sure most people don't think about the mass commericalism surrounding them and all the comformist veiws being chucked at them like a woodchuck chucking wood (if he could).
Therfore Y¼+ Ex2=oogabooa

Sorry I got a little off track there, anyway...umm...you heard about that thing...with that subway and that guy...he..erm...stoped that guy....*this continues on as Andrew's brain ultimatly melts*

If I was Bowie...

Okay so im getting a little tired of posting...its pretty cool that I have 1100 hits but no ever EVER comments! Whats the point if I don't get feedback?
Anyway i'm barring further posting till I get ANY commet...though I do sound mean just now, im a little tired of keeping up with it. Besides im REALLY busy with making my own RPG with rpg maker 2000 - oh is that a sweet tool.

Also if I was Bowie my life would be complete.

How Far Have We Come?

excuse the cynicism, but after watching the film "pi" I asked myself, how far in technology have we really come? It seems as though we just keep cheaping ourself to filter our thoughts to an illusion of progress. Or are we moving faster then every in our history. I would seem easy, but I cannot figure it out. I belive we are not moving at all like we were...I can only think of a few major disoverys and achivments in this generation...like the internet. But where are we going? even Fashion and music is repeating it self, not like history doesn't but it is concerning.

I don't know - this is probley the reason that I look to the past for inspriation.

Andrew Watson's Day Off

So Friday I gave my Senior Speech, got a B+ on it and essiental i've graduated, GOODY! So me and Detra have had a lot of free time on our hands, but Detra's famliy is using for "freetimeness" at their disposal. Thats okay, I got Final Fantasy III on a loan from a friend (I started the game about a decade ago and never finshed it) anyway its one of my favourite RPG's ever, and the best in the whole series.

So today my Culnary arts teacher took the whole class down to the Olive Garden for lunch. When me and Detra got there I saw my friend Caleb's mom, grandma, and sister there...well rather I was staring at Detra and they had to throw paperballs at me to get my attention. Calebs sister as she made apparent on my last post, said my Cd rocked and was surpized how I made her bass sound on it ( because I used her bass...because im eh cheap) so lunch was really *adjitive* good and we got to tour the kitchin as well.

In other news I GOT A VIDEO CAMERA (w00t.) mom got it for me as a graduation present, not really used to those..or any big gift. But this Handycam is really really awsome, the quality is insano. Although I don't take kindly to Blair Witch requests....

lastly, here is a drawing with chalk-things that Detra drew, it was showcased at the Barns & Noble here. Suposably its supposed look out of proportion, I suppose. (took it with the HandyCam w00t w00t!)

Andrew SELLS OUT!

Yes I did, even I am not proud of myself. But still its not like it's a huge deal and the ads are tastefully put there, the only real reason I did it is because I get paid some odd amount whenever someone clicks the add....so if you could just like umm you know click it.....you wouldn't even have to read the site....just close the window so i couldPLUG END'D!

Anyway, I don't really know how old you all are out there but im ending my senior year and I must mutate into some creature capable wearing ties and giving LONG speechs with out screwing up. I have to give me senior paper speech eathier tommorow or on Thursday. 8 full minutes of me talking about why pop sucks and why I play my guitar. I'ts hard stuff but I might be okay.

Also David Bowie rocks, although it will take a lot of courage on my part to post his picture on here, him being such a sexy man and all. * Beep Beep! *

Tuesday, May 10

So it begins

Well it finally happened, I discovered the 80's. Actually i've wanted to get into New Wave for quite some time now, it really is great stuff. It's odd because at the same time it goes against a lot that I stand for ( which isn't pop music, mainstream stuff, short songs, a little shallow at times, simple) But it's just so...hip! I mean it's so new, at least for me, and most kids around my age wouldn't even know it existed. Then again 80's culture is make somewhat of a comeback. I think this could be a big movement for me, even though that sounds dumb - still its a very cool thing. I borrowed a whole bunch of albums from my friends dad, some Bowie, Talking heads, and Japan who I think are pretty awesome.

On a different note, I finished the two songs that I was working on for my senior project (Nirvna's Floyd the Barber and Rush's Bastille Day) I'll try to get them posted on the internet soon, although they arn't anything special

Sunday, May 8

Out with the old, in with the Emu

If you haven't noticed iv'e changed the name of the site, also made a few other minor changes. This renders my site from purple to yellow!

So prom was fun, me and Detra had dinner at a very fancy resturant here and afterwards we got to the prom and..well i've never heard more rap in my life, its insano. I really did have a good time though, mostly because of her though. If there's anyone who can make dancing (yes dancing) to "Smells like teen spirit" fun, its her. Also that dumb graphic took me a half hour to make, so stare at it...more.

Thursday, May 5

Yeah i've had this one for a while, I still think it's funny. I left this jerk feedback on ebay saying that I wasn't happy with the product he sold me and...well you see.
So, on a very realated note, im going to the prom (short for PROMOTIONAL MONEY-WASTER) with detra. And I can't imagine that a tux will be fun...or maybe it will! I really should go to rock concerts in it, rockin formal fun! anyway it takes 18 full hours to get a tux on, because you have to consult penguins for advice and watch old James Bond films.....okay im too tired to keep typing.

Friday, April 22

Hey everyone it's time for the annual ANDREW'S PREPPIE ENLIGHTENMENT SLAMS
(or A.P.E.S.) Now we all hate preppies, and if you don't your'e probley on the wrong site, Abercrombie & Fitch can be found here - www.mindlessnation.com - I have seen enough paper thin flip skits when I got to school today (in a 10 minute time period) to make a viking war boat sail.

Monday, March 14

No really, rednecks are great. Umm you know...they eh, they are great for reducing the wildlife population...and Suburban sales. Okay fine I can't really think of anything, I just grew up so far from redneck territorty and being in medford* for the last four years, iv'e definitely seen alot. And not to mention Detra still likes to shoot guns and do other little things. Like yesterday we were in here hometown of Rouge River (a few miles off from here) its one of those everyone knows everyone towns, and I just kept rubbing it in at the store. I still tell you there's nothing funnier to me then people with there shirts off driving big trucks n' stuff.
I suppose its not that bad, still im afraid to express my opinion here fully because that would not be wise as I would have 90% of the Rouge Valley after me!

P.SI DRIVE A FORD CONTOR AND IM PROUD OF IT! (sorta...)

Thursday, February 17

What has exactly happened in the past few weeks? too much! I saved Vvardenfell form Dagoth Ur's evil, slayed the twisted goddess Amelexia and informed the king of all morrowind of her attempt to kill me, took the tempore form of a werewolf with help from the corrupted Skall Village leader, Heart-Fang's ring, and helped some guy near Gnisis find his stolen pants.

OKAY OKAY so my real life isn't that cool, but it is in Morrowind! I wont go too much into it but its a everquest-like game for PC&XBOX and has enslaved me from Jan.1st to now, I have dedicated entire days to this game (many of them...) there has been 3 maybe 4 days I haven't played it since then. Ive probley but about 350+ hours into the game, probley more.

How isolated am I? I mean even Everquesters play with other people...okay okay im a nerd but not a mega-nerd
I will never be crowned to that position because some how I have Detra, a car (more or less, dad lets me borrow it) no glasses, and I still dont like any card game or books...of any kind.

So im finishing up my senior paper on progressive rock and my project to form a band and cut a record is next to impossible...i'll get it figured out.
also I just finished my taxes and I need to get my license a job think about collage...its alot and I feel like a old adult person. IM OUT!

- I love you detra

Wednesday, December 15

Do you realize that I have not posted in about 2 1/2 months? i'm sorry... ive let all 3 of you down. Althogh it would be AMAZING if anyone read this post.
So what as happend since then? Im still with Detra...shes a website sacrifice I supose, although I am lazy about this thing
Also this "senior project" thing is evil. I mean it. Its worse then Cruela De Vil or the Joker even. Okay I have to do more work...make more posting is in order? Only if someone commets on this one!

Sunday, December 5

games games GAMES! atticting arn't they? Dumb Zelda...takeing up all my time...

Tuesday, November 30

I figured since exposed myself on this site i'd take Detra down with me, isn't she pretty? Took that one myself. Anyway thanksgiveing was interesting, me and D went up to mom's and I made funky grasshopper pie and ate too much, I had solid suger based foods for 3 days scary. also I played zelda and other various N64 poke'mon games up there for 2 days solid, sadly it took little time to remember how I beat all those games back in middle school. Once again Andrew does not fail to prove that he is in fact a nerd typeing to himself in the 3rd person.

Wednesday, November 24

"The only way to defeat a nerd is to deplete him of all his status...and hit points"

Sunday, November 21

Dad took me to an Estate sale today, there was an iMac there super cheap so we got it....now I am a strage fusion between a regular PC type and a mac-head...this roughly would look like windows with applesauce splattered all over them, or the blue-screen-of-death with an icon of a bomb yielding a fatal error. for the one person who got that out there I salute you.

Also earlier this week I worked with Detra to confabulate A DESSERT OF MONSTROUS PROPORTIONS! Actually the only thing large about it was the 10$ Mascapone cheese I bought for it. Tiramisu is a difficult Italian desert to make, tastes really really good, and looks roughly like this:

I just finished consuming the rest of this tub of Dryer's..im a 6 foot tall kid pushing 138...I need help

vicious405 (11:12:55 PM): wut r u
lone_gunslinger13 (11:13:35 PM): im a robot
lone_gunslinger13 (11:13:56 PM): secretly polting to overthrow the president
vicious405 (11:14:36 PM): nah 4 real wut r u
lone_gunslinger13 (11:14:56 PM): robots cannot lie
lone_gunslinger13 (11:15:01 PM): *beep*

I can't make this stuff up! Well I guess I can since I wrote it...I need more help

Wednesday, November 10

Holy crap, I have magically run dry on the blog posting potion! When was the last time I posted? i'm a disgrace to this whole free speech idea, either that or I just dont post enough.
Ive had contact with Detra everyday for about a month, its great. Its like a dumb message board that doesn't get old, or Sweetgurl3265 says: I don't get annoying after talking for 2 minutes!

Once someone figures me out I think we will have a cure for cancer, or a new Hendrix album.

Monday, November 1

I suppose its is more interesting to hear about ones misfortune then their happy times. I guess my site is going to turn out the fun content of the DMV now, but anyone who hates it has probley left a month ago. SO Detra this...Detra that...Bale bale bale ham sandwitch...Badger...yea.

Anyway ive been more then happy with her lately, its just perfect, and yes I do realize that it always seems that way for a while, but I really want to be with her for a while, something I need. like hot pockets and caffeine and rush and other various unrelated weird things

now im off to practice some licks on my borrowed Mini-guitar for psychology.....don't ask

Saturday, October 23

I decided i'd do Edward sissorhands for All Hollow's Eve, so I dyed my hair black, fun! My hair is pretty dark anyway but theres visual aid up there should you need it. Its permanent, I kinda wanted a change...but the black fingernail polish might be a bit much...oh well, no one at school can label me so im free do dress as I please, not that I care what they think anyway! I had Detra dye my hair, oi its like a 25 step process couldn't have done it without her, what a nice girl.

Now if you'll excuse me Yes is on my turntable and im trying to concentrate on them.. so to you I say adieu

Monday, October 18

Not that its anything to anyone out there but for once im happy with things, girls tend to do that to you, especially ones like Detra . Went out with her on Friday, 2nd best time I had this year! (1st is rush concert) We saw Napoleon Dynamite, very interesting movie, makes me want to revisit my nerd days. Anyway Detras really nice and makes me happy.

SO if Andrew's Happiness is "H" and His website progress is "P" the variable *Detra* is "X", then does X+H(15)- -P have Andrews website completely rendered useless?

Sunday, October 17

Its time for everyones favourite:

R
A Y - G A Y !

dreadlocks optional.

Monday, October 4

Well Sunday for the first time ever I learned something really technical, Chord Prog. and playing in Keys. I just read it off really so I only got the basic concept down, very interesting. If I really studied more with like a teacher I could finally get how people make songs...oh well Im getting a lot better at this piano thing too..I mean only a month or so ago I couldn't even tell you where C was on it, now I know all major and minor chords, 4 scales, and can play a few songs ! Well I think i'll try to get to know this Detra girl whos one of my newer friends better, shes really nice and I like being with her. Its been like umm never sense ive had a girlfriend so that will be interesting! shes nice, has lots of pirceings and redhair.....hmm a redhead..wonder if she'll polt to kill me or throw me into a cauldron and stir me about...or not

And without further interruption I shall recite the Pledge of allegiance according to Hysteria (a cartoon history show on the WB witch I watched in middle school)
I Pledge alleshedee, to the flask, of the united stakes of Alimio. And to the repugent, for Richard Standz, one national, undergarments, invisible, with Liberachi and puffed rice for all!

Friday, October 1

its been a while since ive posted, why? well no motivation of course! Even if I did have a girlfriend or whatever dont get enough feedback from you out there...400 hits is bul shit.

anyway I did brainstorming for my senior project today, im not trying to be original, im just going to form a band and cut a few trax. much easier said then done....Watching Jim Morrison go at it with the Doors...its just tight...so moving....its intimidating but i'll try to push through, my friend play guitar and i'll see if I cant lay down some acoustic/eletric rhythm keyboards, and bass.

if anyone cares just let me know, or if you play drums: send yourself to me

Wednesday, September 22

I have been told 5 differnt times this school year so Far that I look like William from that wonderful film almost famous, I LOVED that movie. Strangley enough I alaways kinda pictured my self as him, just the whole exporation thing with the records....except of course he actaully LIVED in the 70's I just want to ^_^
Not to fail to that 2 people actually I guess like me this year *like like not just like...like you know like like the more serious kind of like like like...* Ones pretty damn cute so maybe i'll go pounce for that. if I were a panther....anyway whoopee for me!

QUIZ: What is the Main ingredient in Milk?

Wednesday, September 15

This Matthew Lesko guy MUST BE STOPPED, if the Government doesn't silence him I WILL! Now im not the only who's Anti-Lesko http://www.eviltrailmix.com/animutation/lesko.swf if we rise, we can overcome this greedy trant's propaganda
I DON'T WANT FREE MONEY TO QUIT MY JOB SO GET OFF MY TV YOU PUNCUATION YIELDING FREAK!

p.s. its really up to you if you find that the cartoons slams Lesko or not.... frankly Im not sure.

Monday, September 13

WOW, forget my old website: this one is it http://photobucket.com/albums/v466/cygnus_x_1/ its only photos but its got all my other werid projects on it too

okay I really dont like typeing that much so I think i'll stop, besides who reads this trash anyway? NO ONE!

Tuesday, September 7

School started today, i was readdy for it, I realize this summer flew by but I was exceptign that, I made lots of cash, I saw rush, I couldn't think of a reason to put up a fight. Well a few people at school missed the hair (yes it was twice as long as it is now at a previous date) but at least im a senior or as my english teacher called the feeling "the cat's pajamas" what an absurd idea! a kitty in plaid!
Hopefuly this year i'll get some more respect and maybe some actual attention and what not. Ignorance seems to be a trend around...but you dont wanna hear my issues ...

In the meantime ive been continuing to Transfer my Vinyls to CD's, not easy work mind you I have to do everyhting manually, but I love my records

Hey its a long shot but if you want a CD made of one of your vinyls e-mail me at Lone_Gunslinger13@yahoo.com and we'll work somthing out!

Tuesday, August 31

This Morning was a beaiful one, I got a latter and layed on the roof of the house, had a smoke and put on The James Gang on my cd player (Great late 60's jam band, featureing Joe Walsh) and watched the sunrise. Nice end ot the summer, almost enlighting, but quite. These times kind of make me want a friend or somthing, then again who the hell is going to sit on a roof at 6:25am? im werid, you might be strange but im werid. A werid nerd, and proud of it.

Also where did almost 300 site hits come from? I though 2 people came here.....maybe someone felt sorry for me and went here 280 times . Anyway im gonna go work on some more "creative" stuff, and also play my genesis that I haven't played in years GO SONIC!

Sunday, August 29

Yesterday I witnessed Katsuhiro Otomo's Masterpiece Akira. If you haven't seen it, it was released in 1988 and im pretty sure it was the first real Anime/Manga film. The artwork in it is just astounding, the level of detail is so high I cant believe how fast they brush through some of the clips.

I've always been a Anime fan, Akira is pretty much it in the Asian Film industry, I don't think any other film has come close to its complexity and detail. They were doing things in that movie that just could not be done in a in any movie at the time, even The Wall doesn't compare to the quality of this piece.

Okay im done.....I seem to be talking more about things I've done recently, I think i'll keep it at that, but lets just have one more piece for moment!

Here's an fun idea: try unplugging your calbe/dish/digicable/HDdrive or supermega zoird module
and watching a fuzzy local channel, now turn on the Closed Captioning and watch THE MOST INSANE LANGUAGE EVER! okay its not that exciteing....but very educational!

Friday, August 27

Finding My Way

Well I finally bought that keyboard last week and things have just got better since, and I owe it all to Rush, they have just got me though everything these past few months, I really feel like I found something that im an accepted member of. Sure im just an over optimistic fan but it goes deeper then that, its a mindset...you know what im talking about.

I went to Ashland today (okay so I don't live there but I want to and its bloody close) and just listened to my Rush albums wrote one sentence in my journal and went into the local acoustic music shop there, picked up a classical guitar and played the opening lines to "the Trees" and "La Villa Strangiato"(Rush) and this guy comes up to me and asked me if that was rush I just played and im like "it centainly is" and he replied "I just want to thank you for that!" that made me feel good NOT ONLY was my playing good enough to recognize but the fans are there and share a common interest, its a great vibe.

As you would guess it im listing to Rush's Debut album (one of 2 Rush vinyls I picked up today THAT'S 13 SO FAR!) as we speak at very loud volume!

While im on the topic of Nostalgia and cereal, Rember Alpha-Bits? Ive never acutally had any because for about a decade in a half mom wouldn't let me have any sugar cereal, Or watch the smurfs...or Darkwing duck...the list goes on. Anyway for Some reason when ever I think of Alpha-Bits I get this werid mental image of Alpha ground up into a box of cereal...harsh yes but I think some people have sick fantasys about seeing that happen to that poor guy....iy iy iy iy iy iy!!
(Yes, I could make a goofy and fun-filled visualsation for this but I will not, I dont posses the will power to shred Alpha.)

Fun Fact!: The legendary masked guitarst BucketHead (former Gn'R head honcho) Did the theme song for Power Rangers, THE FIRST SEASON! not any of the other crap that was put out afterwards witch inclued, no Bulk and Skull, and for every additional season, another adjective was stacked on the Mega-Zord
(e.i. Super-Mega-Ultra-Deluxe-Merchandising-Zord)

Zoidberg! Hey what a misunderstood guy, so nice yet so poor....hes possibly a little mis guided too, oh well I guess no one will ever figure him out..*sigh* Also if you would like to do a Zoidberg greeting just go up to a friend, place your kuckles to your nose and wiggle your fingers and say "I am full of Male jelly!"

Also ive solved an issue in metal recycleing, what we could do is send excess metal shop iron and other things off to 3rd world countrys like India and box it up nice and neat and feed it in small amounts to the childern. its fullproof! ive even have a protoype!

Finally finished my job today working on cleaning up the town houses, did it all day to day in 100 degree heat fun. made enough money to almost buy that keyboard though, yay!
i'll finish this post later...its 3:03 AM and im on 5 hours of sleep...*zzzzz*

UPDATE: 100 hits on my site as of now, thanks guys! only in one week too, had no idea that people were interested , I wont dissipoint!....yes I will *cries*

Ive been informed that theres going to be a production of Roger Water's The Wall on Broadway.

now this is just mokery of that wonderful film! I was thinking How would Roger ever appove that? Apparently he wanted to have a vertion of the moive that had some laughs in it, I cant blame him there he always though the movie was lacking inthat aspect, But He didn't have to re-make the bloody thing! While this whole thing is interesting I really dont think its nessesary...okay while writeing this ive burnt myself 3 times makeing breakfast, I think I should stop typeing...ow.

Well today I went to the music shop here again to bug the guys there, but that one dude who went to the Rush conert is still cool with me.
anyway I just did the usal *e.i. played every insturment in there for 10 minutes minium* i'll trade my marshall for a big bass amp when I can, anyway when Iwas getting readdy to leave I had to look at the keyboards again, I saw this Roland there, it looks just slightly cheaper then the other 1500-3000$ models there, so I played it and I got better a sound from it then I did ANY of the othere ones there. the guy tells me it sells for 500$. Its mine.

Well I haven't bought it yet but aside from the money I blew on the records and the stash of cash I used for the ever-important CD player and Headphones I have roughly half of what I need..oh well
they have cheap ones on e-bay.

well if you played with it you would know what I mean too! its beauitful.

Dr.Who Is one of my Favourite TV shows, how can you not love Tom Bakers Wit and charm!?
yes I agree It can be cheesy at times and the budget wasn't huge but I just like the qurkiyness of it, plus any sci-fi junkie like myself just loves the stuff anyway.

Also it has come to my attendtion that I have misspelled Phychodelic on my site title.....Well now that this has happened, This Puppy must now be shot!
